         The name of this dance is taken from the property used, namely Mandau. Mandau itself is a traditional weapon typical of Dayak tribes in the form of machetes or swords.In the performance, the movement in this dance is more concerned with attractions as well very beautiful dance art in playing Mandau and Tameng weapons.

Being friendly is an absolute thing that needs to be done if you don't want to be considered scary by juniors. Of course, if there is a condition that requires firmness, we also need to adjust. But in general, we need to be friendly to juniors. At least if they say hello, we should return to greeting while giving a smile.

Method in class speaking

Maybe we get a lot in theory and maybe we already understand it, but to apply and practice it is sometimes still very difficult in terms of speaking.
Ok .the method that I like when the lesson starts is the practice of speaking in front of or audio lingual method the class because in my opinion practice can train our confidence in speaking English, familiarize us with English, add vocabularies, and improve pronunciation.
Many students have low motivation in speaking English, there is no good interaction between students and students with teachers, some students have low involvement in the process of learning English, many students have low self-confidence to speak English, and students have very little chance to practice speaking English monologues in class.
if we are an English teacher, this method is very good to apply in class. And this method aims to help students to hear and understand other people's words in everyday conversation conditions and situations.

      Once upon time when i was five years old , me and my father went to father work use bicycle. Me and my father went to take a his pay. At that time, all cheap groceries. Every payday he buy some donuts cake chocolate for me. My father is a heaver and my mother is a housewife. One day, my father is sick but he always went to work. He breakfast with just omelet. I see his eyes , his eyes never showing that he is sick. He always showing his spirit, in fron of his childrens. My father wish his childrens to be succes.

       my plan after graduation was to work in a social service office in the city of Sampit. why did I choose to work in the social service? because the work was very humanitarian, it helped a lot of people who were not able and helped repatriate people from other abandoned cities in Kalimantan because they did not have the money to go home. working in the social service makes me proud of myself, because through this work I can help people in distress

Danger of instant noodles

Every years thousands of people die, because problem danger of instant noodles. It can happen at any time, let’s exmine the causes for a moment. Instant noodles are popular convenience food eaten all over the world. Instan noodles are a type of pre cooked noodle, ussually sold in individual packets or cups and bowl. Ingredients used in instant noodles : wheat flour, vegetable oil, tapioca flour, salt, stabilizer (vegetabel and phosphate), acidy regulator, mineral (iron zar), antioxidant (TBHQ), and tartrazine dye CI 19140. As for how present it :
• Boiled the noodles in 400 cc ( 2 glass ) boiling water for 3 minutes while stirring
• While the noodles are boiled, mix the spices into the plate
• Drain the noodles, then mix the noodles into the spice mixture in the plate, stiring evenly
• Instan fried noodles are ready to be served
But, additional for excessive consumption of instant noodles are very dangerous for health. So, the danger of instant noodles on your body if eat to often such as methabolic syndrom and diabetes. To overcome the danger of isntant noodles is Lisa Young a nutritionst and professor at New Fork University said that actually instant noodles cold still be consumed and the health effects that they caused could be controlled. The trick is not consume it everyday, control the portion you eat everytime you consume and you should combine the presentation with other foods that are not healthier and more processing foods, such as vegetables and eggs. It would be better to make homes noodles than istant noodles, because homes noodles do not contain additives and presevatives.

          I see my house very dirty in the room, kitchen, garage, and toilet room, everything is dirty and messy. Then, i dzuhur prayer and then i clean my house. Althougt my body very tired i keep clean it. After that, i lunch do my homework and then sleep.

Motorcycle raid

     

         October 17, 2018, after returning from school at 11.00 I went to my place of residence on Garuda Street, I went home to take a shortcut, which was a road trip. on the way from a distance I saw a lot of police, I thought the attack was right. because I don't have a SIM , so I took another one, I didn't know the name of the road, and I stayed straight, finally I found tjilik riwut street,  I was very happy, because it was close to me home. and finally I go home without being raided.

My daily in my campus

I went to campus at 3:00 a.m. for BK courses, and until the room the lecturer could not attend because of illness, then we gave a presentation without a lecturer, after the presentation was finished we went home.
yesterday we studied TEFL with Mr.Hobbs, we talked about icebreaker, it was very fun learning with Mr.Hobbs because he not only gave material but also practiced it and it was very fun.
