Method in class speaking

Maybe we get a lot in theory and maybe we already understand it, but to apply and practice it is sometimes still very difficult in terms of speaking.
Ok .the method that I like when the lesson starts is the practice of speaking in front of or audio lingual method the class because in my opinion practice can train our confidence in speaking English, familiarize us with English, add vocabularies, and improve pronunciation.
Many students have low motivation in speaking English, there is no good interaction between students and students with teachers, some students have low involvement in the process of learning English, many students have low self-confidence to speak English, and students have very little chance to practice speaking English monologues in class.
if we are an English teacher, this method is very good to apply in class. And this method aims to help students to hear and understand other people's words in everyday conversation conditions and situations.
