Danger of instant noodles

Every years thousands of people die, because problem danger of instant noodles. It can happen at any time, let’s exmine the causes for a moment. Instant noodles are popular convenience food eaten all over the world. Instan noodles are a type of pre cooked noodle, ussually sold in individual packets or cups and bowl. Ingredients used in instant noodles : wheat flour, vegetable oil, tapioca flour, salt, stabilizer (vegetabel and phosphate), acidy regulator, mineral (iron zar), antioxidant (TBHQ), and tartrazine dye CI 19140. As for how present it :
Boiled the noodles in 400 cc ( 2 glass ) boiling water for 3 minutes while stirring
While the noodles are boiled, mix the spices into the plate
Drain the noodles, then mix the noodles into the spice mixture in the plate, stiring evenly
Instan fried noodles are ready to be served
But, additional for excessive consumption of instant noodles are very dangerous for health. So, the danger of instant noodles on your body if eat to often such as methabolic syndrom and diabetes. To overcome the danger of isntant noodles is Lisa Young a nutritionst and professor at New Fork University said that actually instant noodles cold still be consumed and the health effects that they caused could be controlled. The trick is not consume it everyday, control the portion you eat everytime you consume and you should combine the presentation with other foods that are not healthier and more processing foods, such as vegetables and eggs. It would be better to make homes noodles than istant noodles, because homes noodles do not contain additives and presevatives.
